What makes a good working environment?
The ESTRO Early Career Committee has launched a working group to reflect on the current workforce shortages across radiotherapy disciplines and regions. One key question is to better understand what contributes to a positive working environment, what keeps professionals in their roles, and how they currently perceive their work setting. To explore this, we have developed an anonymous survey, now distributed via social media and the ESTRO Newsletter.
