Dear colleagues,
We invite your participation in an international survey on current practice patterns in Whole Brain Radiotherapy (WBRT). This survey is jointly developed by the National University Hospital Singapore and the ESTRO CNS Focus Group. It has received local ethics approval and undergone pilot testing with the Society for Palliative Radiation Oncology.
The aim of the survey is to capture variation in simulation, planning, field design, neuroprotection strategies, and follow-up across regions and institutions.
The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.

The survey will remain open until October 20th, 2025.
To ensure balanced representation, a maximum of two respondents per institution will be included in the final analysis. However, all responses are welcome and valuable. Participants will be acknowledged as expert panellists, and society representatives will be invited as co-authors.
